Take your dogs on a ramble to remember along the Flatford and Constable Country Trail. This gorgeous walk, which was featured on ITV’s Top 100 Walks in Britain starts off in Manningtree (3.5 miles) and takes you through the Stour Valley and Dedham Vale – the heart of Constable Country. Depending on the route you take, the trail is 4 to 7 miles long. Alternatively, head to the Stour Valley Adventure Centre (18 miles), rent a dog-friendly canoe and take your pups for a paddle down the river.
