On entering the villa you will find the light and comfortable lounge, with Sky TV, and double doors opening onto the terrace. The spacious kitchen/diner is the heart of the house, stylishly designed and a pleasure to cook and eat in. The ground floor also features a shower room and a cosy snug with a wood burner, Smart TV and small study area. Four light bedrooms can be found upstairs along with a family bathroom and a small nursery room. A few steps lead down to the split-level garden which has a charming lawn and a terrace with table and chairs.
Brixham has a wide range of dog-friendly beaches, including St Mary’s Bay, Churston Cove, Fischombe Cove, Shoalstone Beach (all within 2 miles) and Elberry Cove (2.5 miles). Dogs are welcome to explore Berry Pomeroy Castle (8.5 miles), the headland of Berry Head National Nature Reserve (1 mile), Dartmouth Castle (6 miles) and the garden at Greenway, the former home of Agatha Christie (4 miles). Heading inland you can discover the dramatic landscapes of Dartmoor National Park (14 miles), or travel along the coast to thriving seaside towns including Torquay (8.5 miles) and Paignton (5.5 miles).
