This stylish barn conversion makes a fabulous one-bed rural retreat in the hamlet of Windmill Hill amid lovely countryside between both the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds’ Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Classic styling effortlessly melds with rustic features like exposed timber beams and brickwork along with contemporary fixtures and super modern flourishes which include the industrial-chic styling in the bedroom, where you’ll find eclectic lighting and useful USB sockets. Guests on two and four legs are bound to have a ball here.

Set in the owner’s grounds, this detached barn is as cute as a button, offering supremely comfortable accommodation for you and your dog over two floors. Entering the front door, you can towel off your mucky pup and leave your outdoor gear in the small lobby. From there, you’ll enter the wonderful open-plan living/dining/kitchen area which is really welcoming. Let sleeping dogs lie by the wood burner after a long day as you sink into a comfortable seat and admire the beamed cathedral ceiling. Or enjoy a drink at the kitchen island while your other half prepares a holiday feast in the contemporary kitchen. The stylish shower room is also downstairs, while the double bedroom is upstairs under another lofty, beamed ceiling. You can all enjoy al fresco moments at a small table and chairs in front of the barn overlooking the ponds too.

There’s no shortage of walking and cycling routes practically on your doorstep, so grab that lead and leave no stick unfetched. Or why not walk around 1 mile to the two local pubs in the nearest village of Drakes Broughton? They’re both dog friendly, so no need to leave anyone behind as you enjoy a drink or a meal together.

A delightful property in a good location. Comfortable, warm and spacious. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom however access is via a staircase that has no hand rail which might be an issue for anyone with compromised mobility. Altogether though, a lovely place.

Absolutely perfect stay. The annex is so beautiful, it's cozy, comfortable and fully equipped. Fabulous dog walks in any direction you choose. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for chilled relaxing break.

Ideally situated, the Barn is close to main routes within the Midlands whilst being in the country. With Pershore nearby it has local stores for all amenities & is a great base for exploring. There is ample parking outside the beautifully renovated barn which has a huge kitchen & living room combined & a sofa you just sink into. The kitchen has eveRead morerything you need if youre cooking at home. There is a lovely large shower with good water pressure & in the bedroom there is loads of wardrobe space. Hide

Lovely cottage. Open plan kitchen / living space, very comfortable sofa , nice tv on the wall which included sky tv. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils and lovely island breakfast bar. Downstairs bathroom with nice shower.. Upstairs very comfortable bed & bed linen. Cottage is in a good location for access to the Cotswolds, Worcestershire & SRead morehropshire. Great Malvern is really worth a visit, as is the walk along the river in Worcester. Broadway of course, Pershore 3 miles from cottage Hide

A lovely barn beautifully converted and in a great location. The llamas are cute, the cockerels crow early but it's the countryside! Safe parking and a well thought out holiday home.

Pretty location and nice little annexe. Comfortable and clean. Please remember to take all your own supplies, hand soap, tea bags, milk, shower gel, etc, as nothing is provided in the price you pay. Good place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing, restful few nights. Parking space allocated for you just outside annexe which is nice.
