Overlooking the golden sands of one of Tenby’s most popular beaches, this gem of a property provides a welcome sanctuary for families keen to experience the fantastic Pembrokeshire coastline.
This fabulous property overlooks the golden sands of Tenby’s Castle Beach, making it the perfect base for a coastal holiday with your favourite furry pals. The picturesque town is full of seaside charm, with a colourful harbour, spectacular beaches (with spacious woof-friendly sections) and easy access to the dramatic Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The town also adopts a ‘cafe culture’ throughout the summer months, with many eateries offering outdoor seating, which is ideal for four-legged diners.
The stylish maisonette is accessed via a shared entrance and is set across the second and third floor of an elegant seaside building, offering wonderful sea views. The property has a home-away-from-home vibe, with little touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a day at the beach, unwind on the comfy sofas in the lounge to watch the Smart TV or simply admire the waterside views, whilst Rover and Fido snooze at your feet. In the morning, gather around the large dining table in the kitchen/diner for a hearty breakfast and to plan your itinerary, with the hounds eagerly listening out for the word ‘walkies’. Please note, group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday, and where relevant, a security deposit may be required.
The property overlooks the stunning Castle Beach, which is a fantastic family-friendly spot that’s perfect for sandcastle building and bathing in the sheltered waters. The beach does, however, have a dog ban during the summer, but just a short stroll away is the beautiful South Beach (less than 0.5 miles). Here you’ll find over a mile of paw-friendly sand for the pups to chase around on. The beach is also ideal for water sports and has a number of delightful cafes. There are some magnificent walks along the clifftop paths near Tenby. The 5-mile stretch to Saundersfoot is particularly breathtaking, overlooking secluded beaches and providing ample wildlife watching opportunities off the coast.
