You’ll be completely enchanted by this luxurious property, nestled in an idyllic location on the banks of Loch Long in Ardentinny. The large house sleeps eight guests and two canine companions, making it ideal for celebrating special occasions with your nearest and dearest. The hounds will be in their element, with their own private beach right outside the front door and craggy peaks and hidden glens to sniff and explore in the surrounding Argyll Forest Park.
Once you have taken in the truly mesmerising scenery, step inside the gorgeous home and marvel at the elegance and grandeur. At the heart of the property is the spacious first-floor lounge. With windows on three aspects and a cosy central wood burner, it’s the perfect place for you all to sit back and relax after an action-packed day. The stylish kitchen also has ample seating, so you can all mingle during breakfast and plan your day’s itinerary. From here, doors lead to the outdoor space, so it’s a good spot to set up the furball’s beds. Outside, enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace, where the views are (obviously) spectacular, whilst the pups play on the lawn.
There’s a great selection of woodland trails and tracks to explore in Ardentinny, as well as a woof-friendly sandy beach just over a mile from the property. From here you can take the Laird’s Trail, which hugs the shoreline, passes through shady woodland and offers glorious views out over the water. A peaceful afternoon can be spent at the paw-friendly Benmore Botanic Garden (10.5 miles away). Admire the impressive collection of rhododendrons and conifers, all set within a dramatic mountainous landscape. Stretch the legs with a stroll to the viewpoint, 137 metres above Holy Loch, and keep your eyes peeled for golden eagles circling overhead.
