Walk through an archway to reach the open-plan kitchen/diner with a wooden beamed ceiling and bi-folding patio doors which connect you to the garden. To your left is the ‘G’-shaped fitted kitchen with contrasting dark surface tops to the light cabinets. There is also a breakfast bar on the peninsula and a dining table. Also on the ground floor is a snug with a TV, a king-size zip-and-link bedroom and a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower. Climb the stairs to reach a shower room and two king-size bedrooms. Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and a shed.
During your stay near the small village of Smallburgh (0.5 miles), you'll be surrounded by scenic dog walking trails and peaceful countryside. The edge of The Broads is 0.5 miles away, where you’ll find the Barton Broad Boardwalk hiking area (4.5 miles) and the How Hill Trust nature reserve (9 miles) nearby. Spend a day relaxing on the all-year-round dog-friendly, sandy shores of Cart Gap Beach (8.5 miles). Explore the market town of North Walsham (6 miles) or the pretty village of Heydon (15 miles).
