The dining room has a large table to seat the whole party, making it a great spot for entertaining. The light and bright kitchen/diner is the ideal place for the hounds to set up camp, as there’s a toasty Rayburn to doze in front of and French doors that open onto the garden. Outside, there’s a fully enclosed garden where the pups can play.
The 153-mile North Downs Way takes you through two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, following an ancient chalk ridge. Your four-legged friends will love all the new smells as you pass through wild grassland and shady woodland. Spend the day by the sea in Whitstable. The sand and shingle West Beach is dog friendly all year and is lined with pretty beach huts. Grab some fresh seafood and enjoy supper on the beach as the sun goes down. Belmont House and Gardens, 5.5 miles away, is another lovely excursion. The furballs are welcome in the grounds on leads, where you’ll find gorgeous gardens, exquisite orchards and immaculate formal lawns.
