Keen fishermen can cast their line on the River Tweed 9 miles away, fishing for salmon and trout with guided fishing trips. A short 9-mile drive will bring you to Jedburgh, an ancient town famous for its abbey, castle jail, and Mary Queen of Scot’s House.
