Offering a touch of luxury inside and out, this large, family-friendly property is an excellent base for tail-wagging adventures. From the enclosed garden with a sunken hot tub to the warm and welcoming kitchen/diner, every detail has been considered in this property to ensure a memorable holiday for all. Find whimsical walkies at Oldbury Court and Snuff Mills (11 miles) through the dense woodland and riverside paths, a haven for hounds with plenty of interesting scents to sniff and places to swim.

Upon arrival, gather the group together in the large living room where there is space for everyone to sprawl out on the sumptuous sofas and share stories. The kitchen/diner is another fantastic place to socialise with a unique L-shaped dining table, bench-style seating and a selection of chairs, perfect for grand feasts. The kitchen area has been finished to a high standard with contemporary units and a generous kitchen island ensuring plenty of space to prepare food for large groups. There are five bedrooms on the first floor, and a further three on the second floor ensuring space for everyone. Each of the bedrooms has been uniquely decorated with a range of bright, soft and monotone palettes based on varying themes from city skylines to a moonlit sky. Adding to the quirks of the property is the copper bathtub situated in one room, the triple bunk which doubles as a games room and a room with direct access out onto the patio area. Three of the bedrooms also benefit from en-suites whilst the remainder of the room shares two chic bathrooms with relaxing tubs and one shower room. The outside space is equally as impressive as the inside, with lawned areas for pups to play, a selection of seating options and, of course, the 12-seater hot tub which is the ultimate place to catch a sunset.

Spend a day in the city of Bath (5 miles) and you’re sure to have a ball with the selection of dog-friendly activities. These span from dog-friendly cinema screenings to independent cafes and restaurants offering up treats to those on four legs ensuring that no guest is left out. There are plenty of walkies across the city too, with an idyllic walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal, or a walk through ancient wood and historic monuments on the Bath Skyline Walk amongst the favourites.

Great house with great facilities. We stayed at the property for Christmas as a family aging from grandparent to 3 year old and had a great time. The house is great for families and entertaining. Property was clean and had everything you would need. The teenagers loved the entertainment room, whilst the adults loved the hot tub and sauna. Excellent accommodation and ideal for a large family get together. The large garden area and facilities is a real treat. Good location and handy for a number of tourist spots. Off road parking. Pub by the river within a few minutes easy walk. Owners very responsive to any requests.

We absolutley loved this property and location - we were a big group of friends, both male and female and some children too. It was loved by everyone - the space of the living room and kitchen were fantastic, we never felt crowded, even with the kids running around!
