We loved the apartment, it has been beautifully decorated and has a modern finish. The kitchen area is more than sufficient for self catering and my husband liked the coffee machine. The local shops and restaurants were very handy too and lots of choice for eating out.

Cottage was clean and well furnished. The main thing to note is it is above a bar which on our first night (a Tuesday) was very loud music till midnight despite not being busy. After speaking to the staff and owners in the morning they did ensure the music was turned down and off come 9pm. Lovely little flat above the Commoners bar. Great location with a few restaurants and pubs nearby with access to nice walks through the new forest. We'd stay again! Thanks.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Not recommended if you prefer a quiet evening, as the walls were thin. Next door and upstairs neighbours were heard at all hours. The bar downstairs played music until midnight every night. Also not a great area for vegan/vegetarians, very few local places offered more than one option.

An amazing holiday, the property is above the commoners bar, every night we were in the bar, locals and staff were all friendly, look out for Colin the dog! Parking is easy, two shops near by, very helpful for bits and pieces. Beaulieu close by, which is a nice morning or afternoon out. Breakfast in the patio area was awesome, catches the sunrise, Read moregood place to chill out. Property was clean and tidy, has WiFi from the bar below, clear instructions in the property. Very clean well kept property. Nice and modern and could tell it has been taken care of. Bed was super comfy and was lovely to be able to have breakfast out on the terrace every morning. Would definitely recommend to the point I am planning another stay here later in the year.

I booked this apartment without reading any reviews. Once I read some, I was very apprehensive about noise from the wine bar. There is a little so if you want to have an a siesta it may not suit, but between 11pm and 8.30am its silent. We were there midweek in early February. Otherwise its a lovely place to stay, really clean, quality bedding and tRead moreowels, comfy beds and everything you need from a holiday flat. We had a lovely holiday. Flat clean and spacious and location perfect. Parking no problem with permit provided. Previous reviews did suggest noise from wine bar an issue so we were expecting some noise but we did find that troublesome particularly in the morning when music started at 7am (although quieter at weekend) Purchase of earplugs helped us Read moreto sleep a little longer in morning. 4 star given for comfort as found sofa area a little small. Great apartment with excellent location. Seating area outside gets sun dawn until dusk so spent most evenings sitting out there for dinner. Coop really well stocked amd tesco express too both within 2 mins walk. Bike hire and train station both 10 minute walk away so easy to park car and still get around so many places.
