Beautiful spacious house. Comfortable beds, a good amount of bath rooms, well equipped kitchen. Enclosed garden with benches for sitting in with mature trees and (when we visited) bluebells. Location is good as well there is a little walk down to a small beach (left from the house along the road) or if you walk the other way you get to the general Read morestore, a cafe and community centre (that has a playground). Within close driving distance to Neist point, Dunvegan and the coral beach. Hide

We had such a great time staying here. The house was perfect for our family get to together (4 adults 2 children) The area is outstanding and if you enjoy your wildlife staying here enables you to see sea eagles, seals and we were lucky to catch the northern lights. There is a great cafe and store within walking distance and a short drive away is aRead more larger village where we had amazing fish and chips. Would fully recommend staying here for a perfect get away Hide

Large cottage, rural location. Driveway is steep. Well equipped but could do with a deep clean. Loads of hot water and really good heating system. Garden is not secure for dogs.

Property is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. However, there is a need for some repair/decorating work to make this an excellent property.

A very good place to stay, with space to spread out in the downstairs rooms. A well equipped kitchen, a useful porch area to store wet or muddy shoes. Lovely and warm. Comfortable beds. Skye was a great place to explore and this was a good base to come back to.

The kettle kept tripping the fuse board. In order to the reset the tripped fuse you have to stand on a chair as the fuse board is situated above the bathroom door on the landing. I believe that anyone with restricted movement or the more senior guest would have serious issues in reaching the fuse board.

We had a great stay at the house. It was homely and welcoming. It was in a great area out of the way and there was lots of space for our two family's. We loved the log burner and the kitchen space too. Skye is an amazing place to explore and is a great wilderness. Thanks for the new memories.
