Set tails wagging at this incredible property on a country estate in Perthshire. Surrounded by sweeping lawns, and lochs, it provides the perfect backdrop for an outdoors break with your canine companions. The stunning period house can sleep up to 21 guests in 11 bedrooms and has seven bathrooms (two on the ground floor), a games room, and a large garden.

The Edwardian house has stunning traditional features and elegant décor throughout, with an impressive wood-panelled entrance hall and staircase. Relax in the lounge after an exciting day out, cook delicious meals in the fully kitted kitchen and enjoy them in the grand dining room, which comfortably seats 18, then finish the evening playing table tennis. There’s also a study, a laundry room, two cloakrooms and a boot room on the ground floor. The Master double with an en-suite bathroom, four twin bedrooms and a single, three bathrooms and two separate WCs are on the first floor. The second floor houses four further twin rooms, a large dorm with five single beds, and three bathrooms. Outside, the kids and canines can let off steam running around the lawns, there are places to sit and relax, and you can play tennis.

Fishing on the lochs and river, and clay pigeon shooting can all be arranged; play golf on local championship and links courses, Blairgowrie Golf Club (10 miles), Alyth (13.5 miles), Strathmore (13.5 miles) and Pitlochry (19 miles) are all within reach. Tackle a Munro or two with your furry friends in the beautiful Cairngorms National Park (13 miles), also a great spot for climbing, and skiing in the winter. Head to Bridge of Cally (3 miles) and Blairgowrie (7 miles) for local amenities, and visit the Persie distillery for a tour and tasting, just 0.5 miles away.

A Beautiful house full of character and history, As a group of 17 adults we had a fantastic time, really cosy, the kitchen is well-equipped and the caretaker's Carol & Steve were friendly, welcoming and wonderfully attentive but never intrusive. The only small negative and a thing Everyone mentioned as a suggestion was the Addition of a large TV foRead morer everyone to watch a movie or play a videogame would have been good as the one they have is tiny for such a big property . Beautiful house, incredibly well stocked kitchen with basic cooking ingredients and any cooking equipment you can think of. Carol and Stephen were wonderful hosts keeping the place tidy and the fires on all weekend. We would gladly go back!

Comfortable and cosy, despite the size. Loads of space - great downstairs with noisy kids at one end in the games room, and peace for adults in front of the log fire, in the the lovely lounge at the other end. Full marks for caretakers - frendly and helpful.

My partner and I love cooking and dining. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the dining area is fabulous. As for the house , it was brilliant. Spacious. Comfortable. Lots of things to do. Loved the Clay Pidgeon Shooting and the Persie Distillery!. And the House Managers made the stay so relaxed.! Thanks!
