Soak up the sea views across splendid Whitling Bay while sipping your morning coffee from the property’s enclosed balcony. This villa is the perfect place to gather together all your bonny sailors, up to three four-legged ones included! Just a 10-minute walk away, stroll along the easily accessible beach as your hounds have a ball exploring the sights and smells.

This nautical detached property is the perfect place to cook up a storm in its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner space (accessed via steep stairs). With a plethora of modern appliances, this is the perfect place for everyone to feel right at home. The only fight will be who gets the stylish double bedroom with a sea view. This property is certainly the ‘mutts’! One of the two cosy lounges boasts an open fire - the perfect place to warm up your paws; curl up in front of a film or play one of the many board games available. Take the entertainment outdoors with a large patio area to be enjoyed; sizzle a sausage or spot a shooting star as you toast a wee dram or roast chestnuts in this accommodation that will lighten even the darkest of nights.

The island is a ‘nirvana’ for outdoor enthusiasts; sniff out the outstanding wildlife, flora and fauna as you navigate its 56-mile circumference. Climb up through a wooded glen to view the beautiful Glenashdale Falls; this 3-mile circular walk is under a mile away and leads you to the Neolithic Giant's Graves – two chambered cairns overlooking the Bay and Holy Island with plenty of picnic spots along the way to rest weary paws. Brodick Castle lies only 10 miles away and is happy to allow hounds to lead the way through their impressive country parks trails and woodland walks galore. There’s also an epic woodland play park for all age family fun.

Brilliant house in a perfect setting for exploring Arran which had everything we needed for our stay; plus it was only a stones throw to the beach, and it had loads of parking too. And the local pub, The Shurig, is amazing, with some of the best food weve ever eaten.

Our party of 6 and dog had a great week in this good sized cosy house situated just a short stroll from seafront, popular coffee shop and nearby hotel/restaurant. Dining kitchen ideal for size of our group. Three of the bedrrom, with comfy beds had plenty of room, however the 4th is just a big cupboard with tiny bed. Fortunately we discovered a sofRead morea bed in the upstairs lounge ... Great spot for us to watch the Euros with great views from balcony. Decor a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay. Hide

The house is well appointed. Everything you need is already there. Lovely upstairs lounge, and spacious downstairs dining/kitchen area. We found the kitchen chairs a bit cumbersome. Beds were very comfortable. The 4th bedroom was little more than a bunk in a cupboard with no blind at the skylight window (fortunately we did not have to use it). The Read morefinish on the property was not of premium quality. Only minutes from the sea front, but Whiting Bay is not our favourite.. We much prefer Lamlash. Hide

Lovely cottage in a great location. Well equipped, clean but as others have said in need of some modernisation.

Good location. Great that the place accepts dogs but the garden is not enclosed so eyes on needed at all times when pooches are in the garden.
