This is a perfect escape for families wanting to explore all that the east coast has to offer. Whether it’s quiet stretches of white sands or popular seaside resorts, this location has it all.
Situated right on the Lincolnshire coastline, this lovely bungalow is in the perfect location to access several beautiful sandy beaches, so up to two waggy-tailed ones can run around to their hearts content. The nearest beach is 3 miles away: close enough to walk to. The village of Sutton-on-Sea is a charming village, with amenities such as dog-friendly pubs and shops, so you’ll find everything you need just down the road. The property has a good-sized patio and garden, so you can spend an afternoon at home having a BBQ, while your canine companions explore their new surroundings.
The bungalow is light and airy, with a mixture of contemporary furnishings and some classic wooden elements. The kitchen makes good use of space and is great for whipping up a delicious meal. With a table seating four, this dining room is a great space for entertaining. The lounge is also spacious, with lots of comfortable seating and a TV, so you and your four-pawed pals can snuggle up for a quiet night in. The double bedroom downstairs has some lovely touches, whilst the twin up the steep staircase is cosy but the skylight keeps it airy and bright. The ceiling here does have restricted head height as it is a loft conversion.
Walk along the promenade at Sutton-on-Sea, with its sandy beach and colourful beach huts to liven up your morning, or let the kids splash around in the public outdoor paddling pool. Further afield you’ll find Skegness, a brilliant seaside town with even more dog-friendly eateries and beaches to explore. For some amazing walks with your hounds, why not travel 24 miles to the Lincolnshire Wolds for a day out, and marvel at the stunning scenery.
