Good location. Excellent village stores. Good pub, but food isn't. Well equipped kitchen.Plenty of games, toys and garden equipment. Table tennis a plus. Great for small children. Very spacious downstairs . Fine for warmer months, but could get cold in autumn/winter.

A very nice cottage in a great location. Lots of traffic noise from the adjacent road, so not always very peaceful. Not the most comfortable cottage, with hard chairs and lounge furniture.

A fantastic location for exploring the area. The beaches and coast are beautiful. Rose Lawn is comfortable and well equipped and we would definitely recommend it. Lovely cottage plenty of character, well located for Dordrecht door, Lulworth cove, Weymouth , great garden for kids. Plenty of room for 6 adults, we also had two grandchildren as well, so worked well. Only downfall being main double front bedroom is road side, so you will get farm and tourist traffic, also sitting in back garden you have the odd dRead moreouble decker bus pass, but you can give them all a when it passes. We enjoyed staying at Rose Lawn cottage immensely. The location is super for visiting many attractions in Dorset (coastal, National Trust places, museums etc). The cottage is well decorated, comfy and relaxing. Internet connection was great though our EE mobile connection was poor not just in Winfrith Newburgh but many surrounding places too (perhaRead moreps that added to our relaxation). We will consider booking again in the future for sure. Hide
