The barn has been converted to blend traditional features such as original beams and an open fire with crisp modern furnishings, offering a warm and welcoming feel throughout. The laminate flooring downstairs is ideal for any muddy paws that may escape a towelling off after morning walkies! Snuggle up together in the dual aspect open-plan lounge/dining room in front of the roaring open fire on those chillier winter nights. Patio doors from this room lead out into the pretty garden where you can sit and relax, watching your four-legged friend chasing sticks and having a fantastic time! The three bedrooms on the first floor are spacious and light and provide the perfect place to rest your head after a day of Jurassic adventures.

The location of this property provides so many fantastic opportunities to explore one of the UK’s most magnificent coastlines. The Jurassic Coast lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provides miles of coast path for you and your waggy-tailed friend to discover. Lulworth Cove (4 miles) is a spectacular secluded pebble beach offering some fantastic walking opportunities and is the ideal spot for dipping a paw or two in its clear blue waters. Durdle Door (3 miles) is a beautiful limestone arch that has been formed by the power of the waves eroding the cliff. This spectacular site is a beautiful natural wonder and definitely worth a visit.

Great location close to major landmarks. House was clean & comfortable and easily accommodated family consisting of 10 month old twins and their 4 year old sister and their parents & one set of grandparents. Will look to return.

Ideal location for exploring Dorset, we had lots of lovely days out within a short drive of the cottage. Comfy beds and nice fluffy towels! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for our next visit to Dorset. Thank you.

The cottage is beautiful, full of character & has everything you need in it. Lovely open fire which we had on each evening. Nice secure garden for dogs. The village is very picturesque & the villagers are friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic long weekend at middle barn, very comfortable beds and lovely powerful shower, the kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home! The village is gorgeous with a friendly shop and many of lovely walks straight from the door, we found some lovely friendly Shetland ponies on 1 of our walks. Close by is Lulworth cove durdle doorRead more etc we also visited Arne nature reserve and Wareham. The garden is full of garden birds who we bought seed. Comfy cottage Hide

The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful location and was well equiped and comfortable for the two of us. However we were very disappointed with the size of the downstairs rooms and the bathroom. We had deliberately booked a 6 bed property expecting it to be spacious and were glad we had chosen not to take our dogs with us. Love Middle Barn our fourth holiday in the cottage. Its so peaceful there we always come away relaxed. Well situated for visiting the surrounding areas and of course Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door both within walking distance.

The cottage is in a great location. In a quiet, pretty village near the church. The enclosed back garden was ideal for our dogs. Lovely accessible walks on our doorstep. A beautiful, well equipped, comfortable cottage in a peaceful and scenic village location. Just the place to unwind and recharge the batteries. A beautiful home. I only wish we booked for a longer break. My family didn't want to leave! It was so lovely seeing all the varieties of birds feeding in the garden. We didn't even need the TV on as we were captivated by nature and the surroundings. It was so nice that the owners left 2 bicycles in the garage. The kids loved it. Lovely cottage with a well equipped kitchen and even an array of adapters, cables and plugs in case you forgot yours. As others have said, the parking is narrow and it is best to reverse in through the arch. This is a lovely comfortable cottage with plenty of space and equipment. It's just a short drive to Durdle Door and other attractions along the Dorset coast.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this lovely cottage. It is very well equipped and spacious enough for 4 adults and two small dogs. The location in a quiet village is lovely with easy access to countryside walks and the coast.

Excellent location very peaceful and within easy reach of lovely places to visit. Kitchen very well equipped which is unusual for holiday homes. The surrounding area is stunning so pretty. Would highly recommend staying here. The bird song is unreal!!!
