Inside, discover a light-filled open-plan lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a Smart TV/DVD, a bay window offering sea views, and French doors opening onto the garden so furry friends can come and go as they please. The dining area provides a lovely space for enjoying family meals together. Adjacent, you'll find an attractively designed kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom. On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each boasting feature fireplaces and hand basins. Be aware that this house is on a very steep hill with a lot of traffic during the day and parking is a nightmare. Beds comfortable.

A perfect property for two families, plenty of room and good facilities. Well positioned for access to the town and beach as well as a short walk to the country park.
