Property code: 74217

With your comfort at its forefront, this luxurious detached country home surrounded by tranquil, unspoilt countryside and boasting a hot tub will keep tails wagging and family fun flowing.

Pack your four-pawed pal’s favourite blanket and cuddle them up beside the wood burner in the cosy yet spacious living room, featuring a characterful exposed brick mantel, comfy seating and lots of natural light from the patio doors to the garden. The snug room opposite is the perfect space to pop your feet up after a long walkies and catch your favourite programme on the TV. There’s plenty of space for Rover’s dog bowl in the magnificent kitchen/diner, with deep ebony wooden cabinets, a dining table and timber beams reflecting the colour palette of the surrounding countryside and woodland. This palette is continued upstairs across the three bedrooms, making even your pup feel pampered. Lead the way back downstairs and let Rover sniff out the mature gardens surrounding the property whilst you go mutts in the games with a game of table tennis, or soak in the hot tub on the private patio.

This peaceful part of the National Park offers some brilliant walks that’ll set tails wagging all within the area from your doorstep. Take the lead and explore the Black Mountains 19 miles away with your four-legged friend, joining the Offa’s Dyke pathway where you can have a ball following the trail of the ridge all the way across to the Hay Bluff 11.5 miles away. Once a busy site where limekilns processed the limestone brought down from the mountains, sniff out the footpaths that crisscross around Goytre Wharf 15.5 miles away, an 8-acre site of outstanding beauty, with a wonderful canal towpath.

Absolutely lovely accommodation. Really enjoyed it. My only observation is that there is nowhere in the en-suites to put your toiletries.

We had a wonderful BH stay in Tri Afon, it was perfect for a 60th Birthday celebration. Everything has been well thought out in this comfortable home. We made use of the fabulous hot tub, games room (great table tennis tournaments!), had a BBQ and spent the evenings in the gorgeous sun room. Everything in the house was of great quality, the sofas (Read moreso comfy!), the beds and kitchen well stocked with everything. The little touches helped make this a truly memorable family get together, diolch. Hide

A Beautiful house very well equipped and renovated to a high standard. Excellent location to visit Hereford and Hay on Wye. Our family had a fantastic weekend. The car charger 1 mile away at the farm was useful too.

Lovely cottage, well equipped. Hot tub and games room a bonus. We had great weather, but 2 sitting areas would have been good if weather had been poor.
