Situated along a quiet lane on a smallholding, just a couple of miles from the stunning Lincolnshire coast, this pretty annexe makes a lovely holiday retreat for a family looking to explore this beautiful area. Offering cosy accommodation for four guests, there’s also plenty of space for two furry companions – with a dog bed, bowls, treats, towels and a blanket provided.
Entering this delightful property, you will find the brightly decorated lounge which is a welcoming space with a traditional wood burner, comfortable sofa and TV/DVD. The spacious kitchen/diner has high ceilings and exposed beams and is fully equipped so you can prepare and share your favourite meals in style. The ground floor also has a lovely double bedroom, a bathroom, a separate dining room and a pretty conservatory which overlooks the garden and makes a perfect spot for breakfast. Going upstairs, there’s a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Heading outside, you can spend a warm summer’s evening in the enclosed and gravelled garden which features a picnic table undercover, a BBQ and space for dogs to exercise. Off-road parking is available for one car.
Located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Marshes, this tranquil cottage is within easy reach of the dog-friendly seaside towns of Grimsby (18 miles), Mablethorpe (11.5 miles) and Cleethorpes (16 miles). There are miles of glorious walks for your pack to enjoy throughout the area, though unfortunately, they can’t accompany you to the Donna Nook Nature Reserve (2 miles) where more than 2,000 seals are born between October and December. However, you and your canine companions can head inland to discover the wonderful Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (12 miles) with its quaint villages, stunning countryside and fantastic rural views.
