A lovely home from home with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. Owners were near by if you needed them but not intrusive. We had two dogs with us and there was no shortage of dog friendly places to visit. Sherborne Castle was just 25 minutes away with beautiful grounds to walk around. Lovely spacious accommodation in a great location. Convenient for numerous National Trust properties and towns and villages. Very well equipped and spacious. The cottage was excellent and full of character. Inst6ructions on how everything worked were easily to hand - and having the "owner" on site meant that any questions/niggles could be sorted out immediately (not that we had any problems).

What a lovely peaceful place to stay. Lovely rear garden and big field for our dog to run. Loved the complimentary bottle of cider and eggs left for us on arrival.
