Stepping outside, the property is complete with a patio and steps down to a large, enclosed garden space where Rover can roam around whilst you sip a drink and take in panoramic sea views.

This is an idyllic property. It is clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The view from the garden is simply incredible, and we spent hours just watching the water. Lots of pubs, cafes, and beaches are within easy walking distance. It is a perfect property for humans and dogs.

Second time we have stayed at this property and can't fault it. It's warm and cosy and feels very homely. Facilities are brilliant and the views from the sea wall in the garden are stunning - even on a dreary Novembers day. Fantastic location aswell on Irsha street with easy access to the village and beach by the lifeboat station. Having spent my eRead morentire childhood holidaying in Appledore (2 doors up from Seabirds), it's lovely to make new memories in this beautiful old cottage. Hide

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location, we couldn't get enough of the stunning views of the estuary at different times of the day. The cottage is also really close to some great places to eat out although also really well equipped for a cosy night in.

Lovely cottage. Beautiful setting. Weather dependent it is lovely to watch the comings and goings on the estuary from the bottom of the garden. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. ideally placed for short walk to dog friendly inns (The Beaver and the Royal George) which both do good food. Being somewhat aged with dodgy knees did find sitting room furniture quite low to get out of! Hide

Another great stay in the very comfortable and well equipped Seabirds. Weather very good and able to make good use of the garden and the amazing views. Eating out first class as always - we recommend The Royal George, The Beaver, and The Flame Factory as well as the deli at Johns of Appledore for treats.

A lovely comfortable cottage in a unique setting on the estuary. Well set out with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Sitting in the garden watching what is going on on the water just doing nothing is so relaxing with a short walk to the village centre and the pubs makes its such an ideal location.

A lovely, well planned cottage in a delightful village. Interesting history and lots of pretty streets to walk through. The garden was particularly good and watching the changing tides from the garden wall was fascinating.
