This quirky property overlooking the dunes of Beadnell Bay is a great place for a group of friends or a family holiday. Welcoming up to two dogs, this property ensures that no one needs to miss out on this adventure. With water sports available on Beadnell Bay beach, and boat trips taking you out to the islands from Seahouses harbour, there's plenty to enjoy on and off the water.

The kitchen and lounge/diner are situated on the first floor, where stunning coastal views can fully be enjoyed. Leading out from the lounge you’ll find the large wooden balcony which is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or an evening relaxing with a glass of wine, taking in the night sky. There is a utility room on the ground floor, with access out to the garden, which provides a handy storage space for sandy towels, shoes and leads after an exciting day on the beach. This contemporary-style property has a mix of wooden features and comforting decor giving it a relaxing feel, setting the perfect tone for your Northumberland break.

The beaches around the property are dog friendly making them a great place for a day’s adventure. Whilst some people get out on the water and try their hand at kite surfing or bodyboarding, your furry pal can enjoy a game of fetch or seeking out the biggest stick. Bamburgh Castle (5.5 miles) is well worth the visit. Full of history, myths and ghost stories, it also offers stunning views out to the Farne Islands.  You and your pup will love exploring the grounds.

Location superb for beach, sites and good restaurants. Lots of information, books and games. Fun house and well equipped kitchen and complimentary fizz and biscuits. 300 a head was good value

Great location, lovely upper living room and dining design. Faded furnishings and decor take away from what should be the perfect beachside destination. Beadnell and the beach is wonderful.

Awesome location in a stunning part of the world. Plenty of room for us all and the dog. Main bathroom shower failed but the owner sorted it asap so no demerits on that account.

Very dated and worn property screaming out for some refurbishment. Paint peeling. Sofa must be 30 years old. Outdoor appearance shocking. Definitely not worth what we paid. Extremely disappointed

Wonderful location for all ages. Great views from balcony. Beautiful beach on doorstep and lovely coastal walks. Very nice property, well equipped and very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

The house is in an excellent location and was an ideal base for visiting the area. . The beds were comfortable, the terrace was delightful -although the view restricted was somewhat restricted -and facilities were generally good. The downsides were the private access to the beach being overgrown, the lack of storage in the main bedroom, the lack ofRead more a washing line and the rusty gate to the garden. The cottage is is the perfect location for access to the beach. The view is lovely and the facilities are excellent for a beach accommodation. Would highly recommend for an active family.

Location great with direct access over the sand dunes onto Beadnell beach. Unfortunately property feels to be lacking any "love" - random items left in drawers/cupboards, plastic cups in the kitchen great idea for outside use but so worn they feel unhygienic. Bathroom towel rail has unsightly rust, general standard of cleaning needs improving. NothRead moreing that ruined our stay just took the shine off somewhat. Linen nice and clean. Be careful on gate locks as rusty and sharp! Hide

The cottage was perfect and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want, The balcony was lovely and the cottage couldn't be closer to the beach which our dogs just loved.

We had a lovely time over new year, well situated for the beach and a close hop to the local bar with a slightly longer walk (but still very doable) to other bars in Beadnell. a little bit dated and the second double room is small. If booking with a little one, get instructions or ask for stair gates to be fitted as we couldn't get them to work.
