A lovely cottage in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Well equipped and clean with a lovely enclosed garden that was perfect for our little dog. A lovely pub, the Marquis of Lorne, a short distance away. The only thing I wasn't prepared for, being a 'townie' was the very narrow winding country lanes to get to Powerstock and the need to reverse to Read morefind a passing space! Hide

Such a beautiful spot. Lovely cottage with everything we could have hoped for. Very comfy beds. Wish we had had more time to explore the immediate vicinity. Next time! The tiny lanes on the approach are not for the faint hearted but so worth it.

Beautiful cottage in a very remote and beautiful location. We used it as our base to travel to different beaches searching for fossils. We loved our stay, the cottage felt like home. Anyone considering staying here you're in for a real treat it's wonderful.
