We stayed here for three nights end of June/23. The house is perfect. Very comfortable, well equipped and stocked, and absolutely spotless. The property is in a quiet setting, with a short walk down to the lake. It is a 2 minute drive or an easy walk - there is a footpath along the main road - to Coniston, where there are shops, pubs and restaurantRead mores. Hide

A 5th wonderful New Year break in Wendy & Richard's cottages - 3rd in Tinkler Beck Farm. The place is perfect - clean, well equipped, warm, welcoming and the addition of the Christmas Tree means we don't leave the Christmas spirit back at home. We are looking forward to a 6th year. Thanks once again.
