Location is everything at this large detached house, excellently positioned for both town and sea to suit all tastes, including your canine companions. For a large family or group of friends and up to two dogs, it is literally a short stroll to Sidmouth seafront on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. With its central location, but also parking for up to three cars, it is easy to discover all the town and beautiful surrounding area offers.

Two lounges are a feature of this lovely house, where you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching Smart TV and enjoy other entertainment packages whilst your four-legged friends can curl up for canine cuddles by the wood burner. The homely kitchen is perfect for creating tasty meals for all. For children and four-legged friends, there is a garden with a patio, creating a perfect spot for a charcoal BBQ or to devour a Devon cream tea. EV charger available at £50 per week (payment direct to owner)

The popular seaside town offers beautiful gardens, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. Dogs are welcome all year at the east end of Sidmouth beach. With shingle beaches overlooked by majestic red cliffs, enjoy the sun glittering on the water, or try the popular dog-friendly sections of beaches of Beer (9 miles), Branscombe (6 miles), Budleigh Salterton (7 miles), or Exmouth (11 miles). Perhaps go fossil hunting at Lyme Regis (16 miles) where dogs are welcome on Monmouth Beach. Local attractions include Bicton Gardens (5 miles), The Donkey Sanctuary (3 miles) and Seaton Tramway (10 miles). Woodbury Common (10 miles) is excellent dog walking territory with many acres of open land to explore.

A really great house for our multigenerational holiday! The house is clean and warm and well equipped and only a 5 minute walk to the seafront. In fact we liked it so much we have already booked another stay!

Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped with everything one could possibly need. We had a lovely week catching up with old friends and going back to our favourite places. Would definitely like to return.

Regency house was a delightful place to stay. The accommodation was faultless, you had everything you needed and more. Regency House is in a great location for the town of Sidmouth. It takes about 10 mins to stroll into the town where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and a lovely seafront. The house if very spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. There is a washing machine in a utility cupboard which doubles as a dRead morerying room which was great. We spent an excellent week in Regency house. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The location was handy for shops, restaurants and beach - we had a really lovely holiday and would highly recommend it.

Great to have home charger for Electric Vehicle. House is so spacious we never felt on top of each other, a generously proportioned house and garden. Great for local bus services, access to coast path and the town itself. Excellent response from owners when we had queries.
