The property accommodates up to two dogs, so your beloved four-legged ones need never miss out on a great getaway – treat all the family to the array of beautiful walks and excursions nearby. The bustling, hilly fishing town is rich with maritime heritage, and every morning you'll wake to stunning waterside and harbour views out of every window and even right from the front door.

Guests will love putting their feet up in the cosy lounge or curling up by the coal-effect fire after a day's exploring. The dining room is next to the kitchen, which offers a wood burner-effect electric fire. The modern, well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to rustle up your favourite dish. A door gives access to steep steps (careful with any curious kids or canines) leading to the raised decked terrace, great for spectacular views over Torbay and for al fresco dining. The bedroom on the first floor has lovely relaxing views over the harbour. A bathroom on this floor features a roll-top bath with separate shower.

Brixham’s harbour is just 250 metres away, alive with fishing boats, pleasure craft and ferries; on the ferry to Torquay, you can take the dogs along for the ride, free of charge. Enjoy browsing the shops and sampling the local seafood served up by many of the local pubs and restaurants. You and your adventure-hungry hounds will love the coastal paths leading out of town which give full of views of the bay. Pass by some lovely secluded beaches such as St Mary’s Bay and Fishcombe Cove, both under 2 miles away.

• The property is accessed via a single flight of steep steps from the road
• Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
• Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.
• Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
• There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars.
• Dogs are allowed on the Breakwater beach from 1st October to 31st March. The nearest green area for dogs is Churchill gardens approx. 300metres along Berry Head Road towards the Marina car park.

• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £20. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
