This attractive period stone cottage has three steps leading up to the front and into the welcoming lounge with its wood burner in the large inglenpook fireplace, in front of which you are sure to find your dogs stretched out at the end of the day. The rest of the house as an equally warm and comfortable feel, with a country-style kitchen/diner and ground-floor bathroom. All three bedrooms can be found upstairs, with the master bedroom having some areas with a sloping ceiling, so do please take care and mind your head. An enclosed patio courtyard to the rear of the property provides you with a pleasant space for al fresco dining and also gives access to the separate laundry room.
Step straight out from this property and walk into the village of Uplyme, 0.5 miles away, where you will find a friendly village pub that will welcome your dogs to sit by the bar with you or outside in the relaxing beer garden. 2 miles from the property the seaside town of Lyme Regis is a favourite haunt of fossil hunters and also offers a good range of independent shops and places to eat. The main beach in Lyme Regis is open to our canine companions from October through to April, although there are designated areas for them at the far edge of the town all year round, so why not take Fido - you never know what he might dig up!
