It was our 2nd stay at Earl Barton cottage. Great cottage, lovely views, enclosed garden for dogs. Easy to access on to M5 to go South, North and into Wales.

The property was exactly as shown by the photos on the site so no unwelcome surprises when we arrived. The welcome package was a kind thought.

Really lovely location and views. We stayed for a week over Christmas and it was a nice, quiet getaway for us. But, the cottage wasn't as clean as we would have liked (cobwebs, grease in the kitchen etc.). And, the Christmas decorations were also a disappointment. Would recommend for a weekend away, not a week

Lovely cottage, warm, clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. If you like walking, this is a perfect place. Also within easy driving distance of Cotswold towns. A great cottage in a lovely location, in the countryside but not far from access to the motorway. Our dogs loved it as well.

What a beautiful cottage in a stunning location! Surrounded by fields and bird song, we walked everyday through the fields with our Labrador! We even caught the amazing sunrise on our second morning. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a cottage to our friends and hopefully will return soon!

I go to this lovely cottage for a fortnight in early September every year, always a wonderful break. The cottage is clean, warm and comfortable, and the owners are always helpful. Lovely tiny cottage (farm building conversion) with fabulous views. Its right on a couple of footpaths, and there are less than 10 houses in the hamlet so its super quiet. Only a 15 minute drive to lots of big stores though, so the best of both worlds.
