Located in scenic St Leonards-on-Sea, this striking Georgian town house offers vintage-inspired interiors with plenty of room to manoeuvre. Enjoying fantastic sea views and with dog-friendly beaches just across the road, this is a property where you can relax, unwind and soak up the sea air. The property sleeps up to 14 guests and two very lucky dogs.

Your family and friends will appreciate the elegance of this four-storey home. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with sea views from the private lounge, double bedroom with en-suite over looking the garden, trundle and sofa bed,  the communal entrance hall leads to an elegant staircase which takes you to  a single en-suite bedroom and then up to the grand lounge where wooden floors and a large leather corner sofa provides an open-plan living space to relax and watch the waves lapping up against the unspoilt beach. The well-equipped kitchen-diner are also on hand to whip up a treat for you and your waggy-tailed friends. Another staircase leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, a single both with sea views and a super king zip-and-link which can be converted to twin beds. The third floor offers a delightful double bedroom and another single both with sea views, there is also a shower room and separate WC.  On the fourth floor is a large attic studio with a double bed, a single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.

Hastings Old Town is an old-fashioned seaside getaway with a hodgepodge of quirky streets and pubs, restaurants and shops of all types. Stroll along the promenade and visit the award-winning Hastings Pier, then finish with a picnic on the shingle beach. Just 3.5 miles away is Hastings Country Park, a 345-hectare nature reserve boasting sandstone cliffs, glens, nature trails and ample space for a picnic. The ideal place to visit with the pooch to burn off some extra energy.

This was the perfect property for our group ranging in age from 9 to 69. The lounge and eating areas were spacious to fit us all in comfortably and the location couldn't have been better with interesting walks to both east and west and a leisurely stroll to the pier. Wonderful location and amazing views of the sea from the front of the house. Plenty of room to spread out for a large group but lots of stairs to climb! Very nice welcome basket of food, plus milk, juice and butter in the fridge, thank you. No parking at the property but we were told we could park outside to unload and then move the car to a road aRead moret the back. The back garden is small and very steep and not really child or dog friendly. Easy access to the beach should compensate for this. Hide

Fantastic holiday home for our large family. Kitchen well equipped. All rooms very comfortable. Great location within easy walking distance to Hastings and St Leonards and the best views of the sea and pier and sun rise.

Excellent house for a group The house couldn't be handier for the beach. Well equipped, clean. Comfortable beds, good showers. Everyone loved it and we hope to come back again. St Leonard's has lots to offer for eating and drinking and just over the road, Bottle Alley is great at night.

The accommodation was perfect for our family celebrations with guests ranging in age from 2 to 80. Different combinations of family came during the week and all were wowed by the house. Lots of stairs which could be a problem for some people but very good for fitness and step count! The reason for only 4 stars for location is because of the busy, nRead moreoisy road. Spent a lovely long weekend in Ruby's Rooms, great accommodation for our family get together, 3 60 yr olds and 4 20s/30s.
