Really - REALLY - nice place to stay, well equipped, very comfortable, and an excellent position on the edge of a quiet village, backing onto open fields. Lots of good dog walks on the doorstep.

We stayed here as a party of 6 (2 lots of parents with a toddler each) and absolutely loved it. The rural setting is stunning and we found the location ideal for visiting all the best family sites in the area (Cheddar Gorge, central Bristol, Puxton Park, Brean splash park etc). The closest pub (Plume of Feathers) was easily walkable and very cosy. Read moreAll round super stay. Hide

Quite simply a superb cottage (Oak Barn) in a delightful village. Coming away to somewhere where its dark at night not polluted by street lights. Where there is countryside. Where the owners are on hand and super friendly. Its great. Close enough to Churchill village which has Toutts supermarket and a petrol station. Close to Cheddar Gorge and GlasRead moretonbury. Highly recommend. Hide
