Completing the ground floor is the pretty bathroom with a bathtub for long evening soaks. Upstairs is the generously sized bedroom with exposed beams, brick and a double bed. The room features plenty of storage for you to unpack your belongings as well as a lovely bright window. Absolutely fantastic!! Stunning location and a beautiful cottage with everything you need provided. I did read the reviews before we went and someone ridiculously complained about flies. Yes there are flies, you're in the countryside on a farm, take some fly spray or buy some and get over it! We enjoyed every minute and would definitely return. The west wing is a very comfortable, homely cottage. Our dog enjoyed the garden which is lovely and secure. It's close to Bude with it's lovely canal walk and dog friendly beach. It's also a short walk to the coastal path for those who are fit enough to tackle the steep climbs! Be aware that it is a working farm with some obvious related activity aRead morend the tea rooms are just next door with some inevitable noise. It didn't spoil our enjoyment of the place but wasn't as quiet as we're used to. Hide

If Im completely honest, I was disappointed by this cottage. Have stayed in a lot of cottages over the years and this has to be one of the worse ones. Owners were not very friendly - I had rung a couple of days before we arrived to confirm arrival time and was told to go to the the tea rooms. Then questioned on arrival - had we not got directions?
