Introducing an impressive split-level property offering a luxurious home away from home with a swimming pool. Nestling in a sheltered spot, this holiday home is a wonderful choice for up to 10 guests and two canine friends looking to explore the stunning Cornish coast.

Upon entry, you will find the stylish open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The inviting lounge comes complete with wood burner, inviting you to curl up after a long day of taking in the sights. The modern kitchen dining area offers everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals as a group. Venture a little further to find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A further three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, are located on the lower ground floor. Guests can also make use of the fantastic games room and secondary seating area, offering direct access to the 11-metre swimming pool, heated May to September, and sun terrace. The property is surrounded by an enclosed lawn area complete with courtyard and seating, perfect for days in the sun with your dogs!

Take a stroll along the Cornish coastal path through the pretty Ludon valley to reach the small beach at Crackington Haven where you will find a number of cafes and a traditional pub. Venture 9 miles north to visit the popular Widemouth Bay or 11.5 miles to reach the charming tourist town of Bude. If you’d prefer to head south, Boscastle sits just 5 miles from the property and Tintagel, home of the legendary castle, Merlin’s cave and dramatic sea views is 9 miles away. For beach lovers, venture a little further afield to the charming seaside town of Padstow, located 28.5 miles from the property.
 

  • 5 bedrooms: On the lower ground floor, 2 doubles with direct access onto the sun terrace and pool and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). On the ground floor, 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request)
  • Bathrooms: 4 en-suite shower rooms with WC and 1 en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC
  • Sleeps 10
  • Kitchen: 2 electric ovens and 1 hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
  • Wood burner (first basket of logs included)
  • Smart TV in games room and TV
  • Ample off-road parking, however access is narrow for large vehicles
  • Remote location, but close to two other houses
  • Swimming pool and lawned area - guests are expected to be sensitive to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
  • The swimming pool is only available from 01st May - 30th September
  • Gated staircase leads down to the lower ground floor accommodation and family room with TV, seating and table football
  • Shop 4 miles, beach café and pub within walking distance (steep walk back)
  • We regret no additional day guests for large gatherings can be accommodated
  • EV charging is not permitted at this property
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £50. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Excellent home to stay with family of all ages. The kitchen has everything you need and the games room and pool great to have. The outside fridge is a very nice touch. Some lovely scenery and it's a great place to sit and relax or use as a base to explore nearby places.

A beautifully presented, well laid out property with everything you could want with the added bonus of a heated pool and charcoal bbq. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The roads are narrow but mainly quiet. The walk into Crackington Haven is under a mile and can be done via a path through the woods, road or coasbut it is steep in pRead morelaces and even steeper which ever way you come back, but the coastal views are to die for and sunsets from the lovely pub (great food!) was amazing! Lovely property, well furnished and very clean. Te enclosed garden was perfect for our two dogs. The swimming pool was a constant 25 degrees and was enjoyed by the whole family. Great views, we enjoyed watching the deer each evening and also the cows being taken in for milking. Five minute drive to the beach where you will also have a nice breakfasRead moret in the cafe. Twenty minute drive to Bude for a supermarket shop, and walk round the shops or go to the beach. Hide

Beautiful well equipped comfortable house & location. Celebrated my 60th birthday with the family of 6 adults, 2 children (8 & 6) & 2 dogs. Well secured garden & a fabulous warm pool the Grandchildren loved it!!. We would definitley return.

Beautiful location, I would only take small cars as the lanes are narrow and drive quiet tight. Inside was spotless and well kept. The pool was amazing on the sunny days!

A fantastic Christmas break. Beautiful house and the most well equipped kitchen weve ever had in a rental. We cooked Christmas Dinner with ease.
