A light and airy barn conversion property, this is one of two holiday cottages at this rural location on the owners' smallholding in Cornwall and is a fantastic choice for enjoying a quiet couple's break with up to two dogs. Situated just 1.5 miles from the Penwith Heritage Coast, there are ample opportunities to enjoy runs along the beach and breath-taking walks on the South West Coast Path. Alternatively you can stay closer to home and take advantage of the lush green fields on the property that you also have use of.
Offering a contemporary feel and plenty of space, this cottage is a perfect alternative to a hotel room, offering more space and privacy, as well as its own private enclosed garden which is sure to please your puppy pals. The living area is presented in an open-plan style, with a comfy sofa, dining table seating two, and a well-equipped kitchen area.
Make the short journey to the beautiful Sennen Cove (4 miles), to discover a simply stunning bay which is open to dogs from October through to May. For a year-round dog friendly beach try neighbouring Gwenver, which offers the same azure waters as Sennen and plenty of space for your four-legged friends to run around to their heart's content. For more challenging walks, why not walk a section of the South West Coast Path around the Land's End peninsula, or for a more relaxed day make your way to the picturesque village of Mousehole where you can wander the shops, galleries, and stop for a leisurely lunch. For a truly memorable experience take the walk across the causeway from Marazion (13 miles) to the stunning St Michael's Mount, where dogs on leads are most welcome to explore the village and the harbour area, although they are not permitted in the castle or gardens.
