This property would make a stunning and luxurious seaside holiday home for two families holidaying together along with their two pups. Situated close to the picturesque village of Westward Ho!, you could soon be enjoying miles of walks along traffic-free coastal paths and hours of fun splashing in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, all before tucking into a traditional Devonshire cream tea at one of the many cute cafes and tea rooms dotted along the seafront. You may be reluctant to leave this beautiful holiday residence though, preferring instead to recline in the lounge or snug or spend time relaxing in the hot tub whilst looking out over some of the most incredible views in the South West.

The contemporary beach house has a wood-panelled exterior which gives you some idea of the treats that await within. The main open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area upstairs is filled with natural light from the many windows and roof lights that are positioned around the bright white walls and ceilings. A cosy wood burner takes centre stage, with modern sofas offering guests a warm place to sit and relax, with Fido on the rug waiting for belly rubs. The kids will happily take the snug/garden room, where they can play games and lounge on huge, brightly coloured floor cushions, while the four bedrooms ensure everyone has their own space. Bi-folding doors in this room lead out to a decked area and fully enclosed garden and dog secure garden.

Located 1 mile from the village of Westward Ho!, you’re just a short walk from a selection of shops, pubs, cafes and ice cream shops. Keen walkers will want to grab a lead and take the dog-friendly South West Coast Path 11-miles to Clovelly, while sections of the long sandy beach in the village welcome waggy tailed guests all year round.

Just had a lovely week at Golf View. Bed was super comfortable so. The ensuite shower had great pressure. Hot water never an issue. The house was lovely and warm, but I was easily able to keep the bedroom a much cooler temperature to suit. The hot tub was fantastic. The place has everything we needed. It is really well equipped. The location is perRead morefect. A 10 min walk across the golf course to the dog friendly beach. My dog had the time of his life. I cannot recommend Golf View enough Hide

We spent Christmas week in the house with 4 adults, 1 child and 4 dogs. We were a little concerned wed all be on top of each other but that wasnt the case at all, there was plenty of room in the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked an entire Christmas dinner with no issues in the double ovens. Really clean cottage in a fantastic position. Really cosy and warm and well laid out. Even having a great laundry space - useful particularly after a rainy day.

Really well equipped kitchen. Plenty of living space for 5 adults. Loved the downstairs room. Well situated for dog walking and to the beach. Liked all the rooms and nothing was too much trouble. First time we were asked if everything was OK halfway through the holiday.

Great location particularly if you have a dog to walk. Golf course and open fields right at the back of the house and a ten minute walk to the beach which is huge when the tide is out. The house is well equipped and spacious with great views from the upstairs balcony. Decent size garden and the hot tub was great after a long walk.

Everything we needed was available, terrific view , being upside down was great, hot tub was great having a secure garden was needed as we had three little dogs we felt comfortable and secure.

We loved our stay Golf View in Westward Ho! The house was lovely, very clean, comfy beds, garden secure, wonderful views and lots of great walks near by. Nice quiet area, a short walk into Westward Ho! for food or shops. Went in November weather was stormy but house was warm and cosy. Plenty of room for everyone. A beautifully furnished, very comfortable, spacious house with a spectacular view of Northam Burrows and the coast from the first floor sitting room window. We enjoyed the easy pedestrian access to the Burrows (gate & path located right next to the house) with a 15-20 minute walk to either the 'bridge' over the pebble ridge and beach or to the centRead morere of Westward Ho! also longer walks round the burrows. On arrival at Golf View, we had a lovely warm welcome and absolutely loved the house. The facilities in the house were perfect. The accommodation was lovely as when we previously stayed. Only thing I would suggest is to be take the tv out of the snug and make it more a games room with pool table or something abd defo a beer fridge so your not traipsing up abd down the stairs for drinks - especially wet out of the hot tub.
