This inviting space comprises comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy dining area. Also on the ground floor, there is a pretty, king-size bedroom and a family bathroom. Upstairs are two lovely twin bedrooms, tucked under sloping ceilings. Outside, the shared and enclosed gardens feature patios with outdoor furniture, a children’s play area and a tennis court, plus basketball and much more in the games barn.
Guests have an open invitation to help feed the animals and take a ride on the resident pony. Further afield, the golden sands at Widecombe Bay (10 miles) and Bude (12 miles) are a magnet for surfers and perennial family favourites for picnics and rock-pooling. Visit the unspoiled and picturesque harbour village of Boscastle (9.5 miles) and stroll up the beautiful Valency Valley. Cross a spectacular footbridge to historic Tintagel Castle (11 miles), set on rugged cliffs and steeped in Arthurian legends.
