Between two of Cornwall’s best beaches, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth, this coastal cottage boasts a prominent location that the whole family are sure to enjoy. You’ll have a ball exploring the plenty of fantastic walks from the doorstep, heading to nearby towns, villages and coastal beauty spots with your canine companions leading the way. After you have spent the day exploring, head to your home-away-from-home and enjoy the incredible views in complete comfort.
Light and airy throughout, the property is warm and inviting - thanks largely to the two wood burners taking the edge off those chilly evenings. Each room has been tastefully decorated with a coastal colour palette, effortlessly bringing the outside in and giving the cottage a true Cornish spirit. Unwind in one of the cosy sofas in front of the TV, with your furry friends relaxing at your feet, before retiring to one of the spacious bedrooms to rest up before another day of adventure. Outside, you’ll find a generous enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ area - the perfect spot for an al fresco dinner while the kids and dogs play in the fresh sea air.
Here the South West Coast Path is virtually on your doorstep, stretching for miles upon miles (630, to be exact) in front of you. The Tregurrian and Trevarrian loop of the path, which begins and ends at Watergate Bay, runs close to the property - perfect for families with older children and more energetic dogs. Newquay is just 5 miles away, offering fantastic beaches alongside an excellent range of shops and restaurants, while Padstow’s picturesque harbour is well worth the 10.5-mile drive.
