With a multitude of scenic dog walks available right from your doorstep, and the shops, restaurants and pubs of Marazion just a stroll away, your car could enjoy a break whilst you’re here too! Perfect for a couple with up to three dogs, this very special property could be the backdrop to your next seaside adventure.

After parking up in the allocated space, you’ll make your way into the light, bright and modern kitchen/lounge/dining area on the ground floor. The white walls, comfortable sofas and tasteful soft furnishings provide a clean and stylish living space, with high-gloss white kitchen units complimenting the look perfectly. A dining area tucked away at the side of the kitchen could be the perfect spot for your pup to sit, sniffing out food and maybe even enjoying a special treat or two from the chef. The bedroom is drenched with natural light from the large window which overlooks the pretty, enclosed garden – the perfect space for when your hound needs to burn off a bit of energy.

Situated on the opposite side of St Ives Bay you’ll find the golden beaches of Hayle – just 9 miles away. With 3 miles of sand to run along and explore, this popular coastal resort rarely seems crowded, even at the height of summer. If retail therapy is more your thing, St Ives is home to an eclectic range of independent shops and boutiques. Here you’ll also find an art-gallery along with award-winning restaurants, cafes and bars.

A perfectly located accommodation. Everything you need for a relaxed holiday break. Perfect for taking a dog too. The access to the pretty quiet garden is ideal. Inside the rooms are beautifully decorated with a home from home feel. One of the best places Ive stayed in!

Absolutely loved our stay, it was just perfect for myself, my husband and our two dogs. The host was very welcoming and friendly. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would not hesitate in returning to holiday home in the future.

Property and garden were beyond expectations. Plenty of room for two of us and our dog. Being greeted with a delicious cream tea and roses was a lovely touch. Comfortable clean apartment. Really nice garden and easy parking. Short walk over fields to pub in the next village. Good area for walkers but having an old dog we had to drive everywhere. Plenty of places to visit and nearby train station handy for St Ives. Cream tea was a nice welcome.

Brilliant accommodation and very good location for travelling around the west and east. Five minutes from Marazion an excellent place with the view of St Michaels Mount and good clean beaches. An excellent place to holiday at.

This beautifully located accommodation is of a very high standard. The interior is tasteful and gives a feeling of comfort with style. The enclosed garden is peaceful and perfect to enjoy the sunshine. The Property was welcoming from the time we put the key in the door, with warmth and a fresh-air smell greeting us. The Cream Tea and Cornish Fairings awaiting our arrival was also a pleasant gesture by the owner of the property who was very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend.

The cottage was just the perfect thing we hoped for, it was super clean, had all the equipments needed and was the perfect setting. The cottage was in a nice quiet location 5mins from St Michaels Mount, it has a nice private lawn as well.

Riverside was a perfect location for our week exploring cornwall. The property was very well presented with everything you could possibly need. The cream tea was a great touch on our arrival. The only slight setback was being able to hear every footstep and muted conversations from the main house above when we were in the kitchen/lounge area. AlisoRead moren was away during our stay but still answered every question we had via text & could not have more helpful. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Hide

Comfortable cottage, very quiet in beautiful surroundings. Beach and bars about 25 minutes walk, no pavements.10 minutes if you go by car, (disabled have to pay all over Cornwall despite having a blue badge) Alison was very accommodating about the oxygen that I required for the week, would book again and would recommend.
