The cottage has a light-filled lounge with plenty of seating, a TV and a large picture window offering glorious views. Further views can be enjoyed in the cheery sun room which has two sides of floor-to-ceiling windows. The delightful dining room is ideal for getting together for family meals which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen which also has a handy breakfast bar. Exploring further, there’s a refreshing shower room and two colourful bedrooms: a cheerful twin and a peaceful king-size. Outside, the pretty garden is landscaped, with outdoor furniture and a pond, providing a lovely space for you to sit back and take in the far-reaching views with your pet snoozing at your side.

The friendly village of Killin has some great shops and restaurants and is home to both the Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve and the Falls of Dochart which lie at the western end of Loch Tay. The loch stretches along for 15 miles, with opportunities for water sports and wonderful walks with your dog. Heading into the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, you and your pet will have a wealth of wonderful trails to follow.

Cottage was well equipped, bed was comfortable, excellent shower and beautiful views out of the rooms. Had a very good holiday and would recommend the cottage.

The cottage is very comfortabel and situated in a realy quiet surrounding with fantastic views from every window and especialy from the lovely conservatory that has very nice furniture. We only used the large bedroom with a very comfortabel bed and used the other bedroom to store our luggage. Both bathrooms are nice and very well equipped. We loved our stay at Heatherbank. The views are incredible, the location within the village is perfect and the house has everything you could need. One of the best places we have ever stayed in.

A lovely holiday home in a lovely location. There were a couple of good pubs to eat out in Killin and a decent sized Co Op for the days when we wanted to cater for ourselves. A great walking area too.

This is a superb bungalow, the best self catering place we have stayed in. Outside, wonderful 360 degree views of glen, mountains, loch, etc. Spectacular conifer garden. Excellent accommodation, fully equipped and very clean. Could not fault it. Killin is a lovely village to stay in and Heatherbank 's position on the brow of the hill makes for wonderful views out of the windows.

The place is clean, equipped with every necessary item, comfortable, and has a great location. I can't recommend it enough to others, and if I ever come back to the area I know where to stay. On top of all that, the owner is friendly and welcoming, which makes the place even better, because I see that in every corner of the cottage.

An excellent house, very well equipped and very comfortable and spacious with a lovely sunroom and views of the hills and house martins. Well located for walking and visiting places of interest in the Trossachs.

Lovely cottage few minutes walk to cafes and shops. Nearby access to cycle route to Callendar and beyond. Huge living space, 2 modern bathrooms and modern well equipped kitchen.
