As Valentine’s Day draws ever closer, we are looking for two dogs who have fallen head over paws for each other to win an amazing prize in time for the most lovey-dovey day of the year!
What is the prize that is up for grabs?
The chosen winner will stay in this cosy cottage, Maheshwar, in beautiful North Yorkshire, with the other dog’s owners for 3 nights from the 7th of February. The winner will also receive a special welcome pack when they arrive at the cottage, filled with goodies for both them and their coupled-up canines, and a photo shoot during their stay.

How do I submit an entry for a chance to win?
All you have to do for a chance to win this amazing prize is nominate your dog and their dog’s true love with a picture of the two of them looking pawfectly loved up, and a short description about how they know one another and why their love for one another surpasses all else.
So, what are you waiting for? The untold love story of your gorgeous dogs and their cute companion needs to be told! Even if you aren’t the lucky owner who wins the top prize, you can still find a wonderfully romantic getaway for the two of them at our pet-friendly cottages.

1. Applications open as of Saturday 15th January 2022 and will close at 11.59PM on Sunday 30th January. Any applications received after this date will not be considered.
2. The position is open to UK residents who are over 18 only.
3. Applications must be made via Canine Cottages’ Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
4. One entry per person only. One person will enter the competition on behalf of the two dogs.
5. No employees, their families or agencies of Canine Cottages or connective3 agency are eligible to apply.
6. No purchase is necessary to apply. Canine Cottages has the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
7. By applying for this position, you are giving The Travel Chapter Limited the right to repost your application photo/video on their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account.
8. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the position and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the position will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company.
9. The selection process is as follows: The Puppy Love Getaway winners will be chosen after all entries are gathered. A maximum of 10 applications will be shortlisted from the initial entries and the winner will be chosen from this shortlist, either via public vote on social media or by Canine Cottages’ in-house judging panel
10. The decision will be final and no further correspondence about the decision will be entered into.
11. The successful applicants and their owners will receive a 3-night stay at Maheshwar holiday cottage in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire, between 7th February 2022 and 10th February 2022. These dates cannot be changed, and winners must be available to stay at the cottage on these dates otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
12. The prize is limited to two dogs and a maximum of two sets of owners only. The maximum occupancy in the holiday cottage is six people.
13. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that if you win, a photographer will visit during your stay, and you consent to photos being taken of yourself and your party and being shared publicly for marketing and promotional purposes.
14. The winner will also receive a collection of treats and prizes for their stay.
15. The position and prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16. The position and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The successful applicant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the successful applicant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The successful applicant will be chosen and notified on the week commencing Monday 31st January 2022. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact them during this time. If a winning applicant cannot be contacted or is not available, Canine Cottages reserves the right to select an alternative shortlisted applicant.
