A delightful, bright, and airy holiday home set in an idyllic location on the Cornish coast with plenty of space for a large group of eight guests and two canine companions. Thoughtfully designed with widened doorframes and bedrooms on the ground floor, it is perfect for those with limited mobility.
Heading inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a fantastic space for the whole group to socialise together. Whether you like to cook, play games, or simply kick back and watch TV while the dogs curl up by your feet, this is an inviting area for all endeavours. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and contain super-king-size zip-and-link beds, so can be made into two singles if requested upon booking. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite wet room containing a walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs are the further two bedrooms, both with the same bed make-up, alongside a family bathroom. Outside, you will find your own private decked area with seating that boasts lovely countryside views. Sip on a morning coffee or evening tipple while you soak up the serenity of your surroundings.
Take off on foot and paw along the path directly from the property that winds through the pine trees and down to Mawgan Porth Beach (1 mile), where dogs are welcome to feel the sea breeze through their fur any time of year. The scenic South West Coast Path is also accessed from here. Bustling town and England’s surfers’ paradise, Newquay is 6.5 miles away, and the delightful Lappa Valley Steam Railway sets off just 9 miles away. Hop on the steam train with your dogs, and wind through the undulating countryside.
