A light-filled loft-style beach house right on the beach in the pretty East Kent village of Seasalter. Lovely open-plan living with a mezzanine bedroom and spacious decked terrace make this the perfect retreat for a couple and two of your beloved canine companions.

Head inside this beautiful property and find a super roomy, bright, and exceptionally finished space with a double-height ceiling, skylights, and a glass wall. There is a comfortable sofa set in front of a wood burner where you can warm up your toes and paws, and a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite films. A dining area sits in one of the corners and leads through to the kitchen which has everything you need to rustle up picnics and prepare romantic meals. In the other corner of the open-plan space is a double bed for when you want to get some rest. A mezzanine floor contains a sofa where you can take some time out and get stuck into a good book. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Outside to the front of the property is a large, decked terrace area with a table and chairs where you soak up the sea breeze and views, while the dogs sunbathe on the decking.

Seasalter is a sand and shingle beach that welcomes dogs all year round. Within the village itself, you will find a couple of places to eat, and some handy shops to pick up any bits you need. Walk along the shoreline to the trendy town of Whitstable (2 miles) where almost every pub, and the beach, is dog friendly.

The veranda and view out to sea is the main reason to book this accommodation. It literally feeds the soul to sit on the edge of the veranda, listening to the waves (when tide is in it comes right up to the veranda edge). I sat here for hours. It is close to whitstable, but far enough away to get a break from the crowds and hustle and bustle. Some Read morelovely places to eat nearby. Forgot me not cafe lovely breakfast which you can walk along sea front to. Has all you need inside and makes you smile. Hide
