Close to both Snowdonia National Park and some of the UK’s most beautiful beaches, this welcoming lodge is an ideal escape for families or friends, with leisure facilities on hand and a private sun deck from which you can enjoy lovely views.

Head four steps up onto the deck of this comfortable chalet and through your front door. The open-plan living space is convenient and comfortable, smartly colour co-ordinated and including a fitted kitchen, six-seater dining table and two three-seater sofas. After supper you can kick back and relax, perhaps catching up with a favourite show on the Smart TV while your hound dozes by your feet. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms: a double, which has a wardrobe and a TV, and two compact twin rooms, both with 2’6” beds. You have a shower room and a separate WC, and there are laundry facilities on site. On the deck outside there’s a BBQ and furniture for al fresco meals and drinks; this is a great space in which to sit back and relax, enjoying the views and fresh air. Don’t forget the outdoor tap at the rear of the lodge, too, which is perfect for rinsing sandy toes and paws after a day at the beach.

The lodge is located on the Tal Y Fan Holiday Park, at the foot of Llanbedrog Head, and has full access to the sports, leisure, fitness and spa facilities at its sister park, The Warren (additional cost), not to mention its private beach - all less than a mile away. Stroll to the vibrant village of Abersoch, 1 mile, to find a variety of shops and places to eat and drink, as well as a sheltered beach, much of which is dog-friendly all year round.

Holiday in as lovely however this wasn't our original booking. This booking was made less than 2 days before our original booking as we were informed that the owner had not finished bathroom works in the original property. This was only uncovered when the cleaner reported it. We were given less than 2 days to find alternative accommodation and therRead moree were only a handful of properties available, none of which were in our original location. The property was the closest. We had to pay more this property so we stayed a day less to reduce cost which was a shame. However the property was lovely, in a great location and the welcome food/drink was a nice surprise. Hide
