This charming farmhouse is split into two areas, the main house and rear wing, both of which comprise two floors. Entering into the main house you’re greeted by the characterful farmhouse kitchen/dining room which has gorgeous, exposed beams and a fabulous AGA set into an inglenook fireplace. Equipped with all you could need to cook up a feast for large groups including a second modern kitchen and an extending dining table to seat 12, this is a fantastic space for socialising. Head into the warm and welcoming lounge where you’ll find another feature fireplace, a selection of sumptuous sofas and armchairs, and a TV for evening entertainment. There is both a utility room and a cloakroom with a WC located on the ground floor for convenience. Completing the floor is a twin bedroom with original wooden floors and a fireplace. On the first floor, there are a further four bedrooms which include a spacious king-size room with an en-suite WC, a second king-size bedroom, and a single and a bunk room which makes this a fantastic option for those travelling with children. Finally, there is a stylish bathroom with a roll-top bath where you can enjoy some peace and quiet, as well as a shower room.
Sitting on the ground floor of the rear wing is the living room, again with fascinating original features such as exposed beams and stonework. This room features plen of ush seaing where groups can gather round the TV to watch a film or to enjoy a games night together. Just next door is a convenient study area with a desk and chair to enjoy a good book or take some time away. Heading upstairs, there is a chic king-size bedroom with plenty of storage, as well as a lovely twin, making this set up perfect for smaller families. A modern bathroom is also located on the first floor with a lovely bathtub. Outside the property, there is an extensive lawned garden area which really comes to life during the warmer months with seating for ten guests and ample space for dogs to stretch their legs. In addition, there’s a swimming pool and additional seating to keep all ages entertained.
With so much on offer within the grounds of the property, you could easily spend the whole week enjoying the on-site entertainment, but just a short distance away you’ll find an array of seaside villages with wonderful walking trails including Aberdaron (2 miles), Abersoch (10 miles) and Nefyn (11 miles). From Aberdaron, you can spend a day at the seaside on the dog-friendly beach, or even take a boat trip out to visit the beauty of Bardsey Island with dogs welcome to hop aboard.
