Our family of 6 adults and 4 young grandchildren had a lovely holiday. You have to accept that this is an older style property with its quirks and places for spiders to hide. The aga cooker was an experience and during hot days made the kitchen area somewhat uncomfortable even with the kitchen door open. The pool area had some raised slabs that coRead moreuld have caused a problem and this was reported to the owner. Also one of the leather settees was found to be split when we arrived and again this was reported. As stated in the property description you do have to be mindful that little ones have open access to the swimming pool as they can get to it from a number of ways. We tried to make sure all the sand and sun cream was off people before going in the pool but I doing think other visitors to the property had been as careful. Maybe an outside shower would help. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The property had lots of cooking equipment, books toys, games etc for eveyone. The gardens are lovely with peaceful areas to escape to and we all enjoyed our stay. Fantastic property. Everything you could possibly need. Never stayed anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfy. There were 3 generations of us and we all slept really well. Pool and garden are amazing. Dogs loved the garden, which was enclosed so didnt have to worry about them escaping. We will return Im sure

The location was good but still a long walk to shops or pubs so you needed to drive.

We had a lovely family holiday celebrating our 60th birthdays. The property was very adaptable to our needs so everyone had their own space yet allowed us to be together as a family to create happy memories ?? The pool was great fun (considering the time of year!) but were disappointed that the boiler failed on the last couple of days. The dishwashRead moreer also failed on first use as the filter was very clogged but was fine after a good clean. Overall a 9/10 Hide

I had a great stay here I loved the pool we went down into Abersoch and had an amazing time there. Some nights we would sit in front of the fire it would be nice and warm. I rate this 10/10 or 5 stars.
