Make wonderful memories with your family, whether celebrating a special occasion or simply getting together by the seaside, in this beautiful home from home in Trevone. There’s space for two canine companions as well, and you’ll all love the peaceful location, close to the coast path and the north coast’s choice of stunning beaches.
Light, spacious and thoughtfully furnished, this detached property has been carefully designed to offer both comfort and style. The kitchen is superbly equipped with quality appliances, has plenty of space for your mutts’ food and water bowls, and is open-plan to a bright dining area. Relax in the cosy snug (with a wood burner) or the larger lounge, both with Smart TVs. Also on the ground floor are two handsome bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, sharing a fabulous bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a super-king-size bedroom with skylights and sea views, plus a gorgeous shower room. There’s a lawned garden to the front of the house, and its very special feature is a raised, Cornish-slate veranda with outdoor furniture, which has sea views to enjoy while dining alfresco.
Trevone has a pub, gallery, shops and two beaches, one sandy (restricted for pups during the daytime from mid-May till September) and the other (smaller) rocky, and you’re within 5 miles of all the famous ‘seven bays for seven days’ – the other six of which welcome dogs all year: so you can fill your days with surfing, sunbathing and sandcastle-building (or digging). Foodie Padstow is just 2 miles, where you could pick up fish and chips from Rick Stein’s chippy and eat them by the harbour, or join the Camel Trail for a walk or cycle along a disused railway line through spectacular countryside to Wadebridge and Bodmin.
