Soak up the view of St Ives’ sandy beach while dining and relaxing in the open-plan living space of this charming coastal apartment with tranquil neutral-toned interiors and local artwork on display throughout. Take advantage of the town centre location by taking your small family or other half plus one canine companion to explore the surrounding cafes, pubs and galleries.

Climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment and step inside to find a spacious lounge/diner which boasts a large picture window overlooking the sea. Wooden and grey furnishings create a laid-back atmosphere for kicking back on the sofas or gathering at the dining table for a hearty homemade meal. The ‘U’-shaped kitchen is bright, compact and contemporary with glossy cabinets and surface tops. You’ll also find two bedrooms, a double and a twin room plus a family bathroom.

While staying near the seafront (less than 200 metres) in the lively and creative Cornish town of St Ives, start your day with a trip to the farmers market and take Fido for a run around in The Malakoff park (both less than 0.5 miles). Within 0.5 miles you’ll have an array of independent seafood restaurants, ice cream parlours, art galleries and boutique shops. Stroll around St Ives Harbour (0.5 miles) and go for a dip with your four-legged friend in the all-year-round dog-friendly Bamaluz Beach (0.5 miles). Take a picnic to Trewyn Gardens (0.5 miles) or enjoy a boat trip around the coast. Sniff out the South West Coast Path from Carbis Bay (1.5 miles) which will take you east to Hawkes Point (1.5 miles) and beyond.

Fantastic apartment, with the most amazing view overlooking the beach and harbour, no need for a TV when staying here! Very spacious. The location is very good to reach public transport and shops/beach. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, must be one of the best in the whole town. Can watch the tide coming in and out in the harbour all day from the full length window. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with lovely bedding. The view is truly exceptional and the apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped.
