A large, luxury property right on the beach – this is an exceptional house. It sleeps ten comfortably and has every mod con you can think of (and some you probably can’t!). It’s perfect for a group holiday or for celebrating a special occasion in a gorgeous setting just metres from the beach, with stunning views and walks on tap.

Step inside the huge kitchen with dining space for 12, and doors that lead out to the front patio. Relax in the elegant lounge with a film on the TV and the pups by your feet, or head downstairs where there’s a home cinema and a wet room. The garage houses a games room with an all-weather table tennis table and the second garage provides storage space for your boat or bikes. On the first floor are four of the five bedrooms, all king-size rooms, three with balconies. Up on the second floor is a family room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside is an enclosed garden with a patio at the front and a decked balcony area at the rear, with a hot tub, a sunken seating area, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a short tennis court, a BBQ, and a sound system.

Wander along the beach or head into Kingsdown where there are three pubs, one right on the beach. Deal is about a 2.5-mile walk or bike ride along the coastal path where the Tudor castle built on King Henry VIII’s orders still stands, and there are lots of independent shops and the only intact leisure pier in Kent to visit. You’ll also find several eateries where your canine companions are welcome too.

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 guests to have a very comfortable stay. Perfect venue to celebrate our Golden Wedding with the family.

We booked the house for a family weekend to celebrate a birthday - 4 generations ranging from 6 months to 90 years old! The house was very comfortable and really well equipped - something for everyone and plenty of room to spend time together. The location was wonderful too - lovely to look out across the sea and great for a brisk walk along the coRead moreast path to Walmer. A cornucopia of technological delights from the sound system to the blinds. A very modern and well resourced house located on the beach and within five minutes walk of an excellent pub.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with a very helpful owner. Difficult to score value for money as it was very expensive, but an extremely desirable residence with wonderful new amenities since our last visit.

We had a wonderful week with family and friends at this fantastic house, which is superbly situated in a quiet, private road directly opposite the beach. The house is extremely comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of features to keep both adults and children happy. We all loved the hot tub (especially after a dip in the sea!), the games roomRead more, the huge dining table and the overall space. Waking up to the stunning sea views was pretty special! The children loved the newly installed multi-purpose games area outside, and we were never short of something to do. Easy walking and cycling literally on the doorstep were an added bonus for our group. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the phone call prior to arrival extremely helpful.
