Unwind in this gloriously located rural hideaway overlooking Criccieth Castle on the coast of Wales. Gather the family or friends together with the four-legged friends and stroll the Cambrian Coastline, find wonderfully winding walkways or climb the mountainous regions surrounding you. The possibilities are endless!
After admiring the exposed-stone brickwork of this traditional, detached property, wander inside where you’ll find an abundance of rustic charm with exposed beams, plump sofas and an impressive stone inglenook fireplace where the doggos will enjoy toasting their tummies in front of the glow. A spacious oak kitchen invites you to whip up treats, while a breakfast bar and large dining area can be a fun place to pop on some tunes and open a bottle. For balmy evenings at home, throw open the patio doors and let the night air in, while you settle in the chair and curl up with a good book. Meanwhile, along the hall sits a double room and en-suite when it’s time to get shut eye, yet upstairs, a bright double room, airy single and a family bathroom are well-appointed and have views to admire. Four-legged guests will be pleased with their wake up call as you usher them into the enclosed front garden, ready for a game of ball. Limited parking space available - 2 cars maximum
Grab the lead and stroll down the winding coastal path to Black Rock Beach, 500 metres from the property, to a haven of three miles of golden sands - perfect for long games of catch. Take the dogs for a paddle and when it’s time to refuel, head to Criccieth (4.5 miles) where coffee and cake are on the menu all year round. For the historians in your party, craggy Criccieth Castle ruins are worth a visit. Sitting proudly on the headland, the castle ruins have been there since the early 13th century and provide striking views out to sparkling seas.
