This welcoming property is a perfect beach getaway, with a secret garden bursting with seasonal flowers, and a patio to relax and listen to the sounds of the sea. It is set in the popular seaside resort of Cleethorpes, a vibrant town with popular restaurants, cafes, and lively bars, as well as the finest fish and chips. There’s also a great selection of quirky and independent shops. Wander down to the sandy beach, just 400 metres away, or enjoy a lovely walk along the pier. Alternatively, visit the boating lake or the entertainment complex, which includes bowling, a cinema and a leisure centre just 0.5 miles away. The Lincolnshire Wolds is renowned for its scenic walks and countryside only 10 miles away. You can discover the beautiful Georgian town of Louth, where you can spend a day at Hubbard's Hills picnicking and splashing in the stream. Cadwell Park Circuit is 20 miles away.

On arrival, step into the hall and kick off your shoes and coats ready to enjoy your holiday. You will first come to the lounge where you can cosy up on the comfy sofa with a glass of wine or hot chocolate in front of the wood burner, whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV. There is a treasure chest with children's toys and games for little ones to enjoy. Prepare evening meals or a packed lunch to take out in the well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. A dining table offers the perfect spot to play board games or enjoy a home-cooked feast. Heading upstairs, you will find three lovely bedrooms, a king-size, a double, and a twin room. The bedrooms all have a seaside theme and are tastefully decorated in a coastal style. The family bathroom is on the first floor and there is also a separate ground floor WC for added convenience.
Step outside from the kitchen through the French doors into the pretty garden with a patio surrounded by flowers and seating for six. There are also buckets and spades available for the children to build sandcastles on the beach.
