Take your family, friends, and canine chums for a stay at this rural retreat in the heart of Scotland's central Highlands. You’ll be 6 miles south of the breathtaking Moray Firth coastline and 2 from the cathedral city of Elgin. Enjoy scenic dog walks in spots like Roseisle Country Park, which encompasses a beach and forest (5 miles). In the evenings, tuck into pub dinners then bask in the heat of the wood burner in your traditional holiday home, which has space for five over its three bedrooms.
This detached property has a lovely and welcoming feel thanks to its rich colour schemes and tasteful detailing, such as floral textiles and pretty tiling. The large country-style kitchen/diner has an electric Range cooker to inspire the chefs among you, including picturesque country views from the dining area. Relax as a group in the spacious lounge, where your pets can doze on the rug beside the wood burner, while their humans enjoy a film on the Smart TV, or a board game. The scenic bedrooms, a king-size room, twin room, and cosy single bedroom, are all elegantly decorated and benefit from the well-appointed family bathroom. Outside, in the large garden, your pets can play together while the humans enjoy coffee and meals alfresco.
From the house, you and your furry pals can access plenty of wonderful walks for off-lead adventures without needing the car. Further afield, golf enthusiasts will be keen to try out the award-winning course in Lossiemouth (8.5 miles), where dogs on leads are welcome to accompany you for a round. Hopeman (5 miles) and Findhorn (10 miles) both have lovely sandy beaches where the views are wonderful, and dogs are very much welcome.
