Keen walkers can join the Saxon Shore Way from the front door, and you’ll also be right on the edge of the hound haven that is the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The property really does have the wow factor, with care and attention taken to bring a sense of style to each area. Elegant design features, including a stunning oak staircase leading to the split-level first floor and a glass gallery landing, create a memorable backdrop. At the heart of the home, down a few steps, is the vast lounge/kitchen/diner. This chic space lends itself to socialising, with a large dining table, corner sofa and wonderful breakfast bar. With hard floors throughout, this is the perfect place for the dogs to set up camp. Four king-size beds and one super-king-size zip and link offers space for the whole party. Open the bi-fold doors to let the outdoors in and allow the pups out. A decked area wraps around the house, with a sunken seating area under a pergola for al fresco dining.

The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Let Rover and Fido lead the way along the Saxon Shore Way to explore the ancient coastline, taking you along dramatic clifftop paths and past wildlife-rich marshland. The historic town of Rochester is well worth a visit. Enjoy a dog walk around the town to admire the impressive cathedral, Norman castle and several landmarks featured in the novels of Charles Dickens.
